    Sign in Prbblems!

    If I am unable to sign in due to a screen that prompts my password before the actual password sign on. Do I have to reinstall win 2000?? I cannot get past the sign on screen because I have an error saying I need to put in the password and when I do put in my password it says it is incorrect...
