    Update: Don't know if it was important to switch the DC to 2000 server now or not. Turns out the real difference was having a LOCAL session logged into the CCC server. I rebooted the CCC server remotely, and the exact same set of errors came back until I got someone onsite to login to the CCC...

    ps to above, CTI link pro is working fine also, able to use outlook contacts dialer to make any of the phones in the system dial.
