    Is there a way to have calls cover from a Merlin Legend to a CMM voicemail at another location? Currently there is a Intuity AUDIX connected via T1 to the Legend, but this will be going away. There is a MPLS network between the 2 locations.

    I know it is not supported by Avaya but we are going to try hooking up a FaxBack Server to a Legend using a DS1 board, and programming it like a point to point. Has anyone sucessfully done this and what issues can I expect?

    It is a out of state customer so I have never had it happen to me just what the customer reports. We have checked the settings in the Magix and Intuity and it seems to be setup correctly. Im beginning to wonder if I need to replace the processor.

    customer has 7 phones in a plant enviroment and wants some time of ringer to alert them when their extension is ringing. Catalyst said nothing is supported. Any help?

    Customer can listen to a voice mail on the PC and it works fine but if they try to listen thru their handset (not speaker)the call is dropped. Any help?
