Thanks, I've changed the NLP setting from Weak to Strong and asked my users for feedback.
Do you recommend changing any of the other settings on the Extension card? Echo Canceler Ability, DSP Digital Gain (Up/Down), and EC Gain are all at their default settings.
I have the same problem with my NCP1000 and IP phones. We have an echo at the beginning of calls which will sometimes return at various point in the call. Some users have reported hearing echo for the entire duration of their calls.
