ReportViewer & ASP: How do I know there is no data in the report?
I am using the ReportViewer DTC on an ASP page. My report uses a stored procedure. I setup all the parameters etc, connect to the DB and then if there is no data how do I know? doing a session("oRpt").ReadRecords causes a timeout (I think, no errors though). In VB you could use the...- jogro

How do I use a Stored Procedure with different return recordsets
I have a SP(stored procedure) that, depending on the input parameters, can output different fields. So when I attempt to design the report in Crystal Reports 9 I specify the SP and the default parameters and it results in putting one subset of my recordsets on the report as per the parameters...- jogro
