DHCP ipconfig /release error
There's no networking going on. I'm just pulling the ethernet cable and rebooting the modem to switch back and forth (this is just to access the web since I cannot from my normal computer)- kilkennyroad

arp -a returns no entries. The ISP does have the correct MAC address (we checked that on the phone). I'm on another computer using the same cable modem, etc. typeing these posts so I know that that part is working properly.- kilkennyroad
