We have 1 XP Pro w/ SP2 user who when he logs on to a remote desktop that is running either Win2K or Win2003, the left/right arrow keys do not work. Any known issue or work-around?
As an update, the other machines do not see the Watchguard when running arp -a.
A suggestion to mimic the SOHO's MAC address on the Edge by going to the configuration page of the Edge -> Firewall -> Firewall Options -> Enable MAC address override -> Enter the SOHO's MAC address and then Submit...
Is there a log file that shows the external IP addresses of users who login? I see when a user is logged in you can see their internal IP, once they get through the firewall, but how can you determine the IP they are coming from?
You can not ping the Watchguard from the 1602 (no reply). I'll have to plug the replacement router in again to check from a PC and run 'arp -a' from a cmd line.
As for your comment regarding the command syntax being correct, any idea why the Interface is not displaying in the 'show arp'...
Yes I would agree that I should NOT have to manually add a static IP address. 192.168.1.254 is the address of a new replacement firewall from Watchguard called an Edge. We are trying to replace an older Watchguard SOHO firewall which is working but is older and missing some features that we'd...
We have a problem where our replacement firewall is showing the MAC address on a 'show arp' command as "Incomplete". I've tried changing the main switch the network goes into with no luck. Not sure why it'd be incomplete!
I can't seem to get the syntax correct on the arp command. Seeing if...
This is a Win2k Server w/ SP4 (as noted in my original post). I am logged in as Administrator. I do see some AIM.exe files I guess just delete all references to them is what you are suggesting?
On a reboot and after logging in this alert appears. I don't see AIM anywhere on this box

to: http://www.ourdomain.com/ProductDisplay?id=4046
I've created this rule:

Thanks for the reply and link to the custom pages.
I can see how my wording of the question is confusing. What I'm looking for is, are there Tomcat-equivalent directives to httpd.conf's "FileMatch" and "UserDir" options?
We ran a vulerability assesment and here are 2 issues that popped up. Since Tomcat does not have an httpd.conf file, what options are needed to be set to fix these? Also, what's the option for creating custom 404/403 pages?
The Mac OS X Finder creates a file called .DS_Store in each directory...
