    LIP-8012E and 8024E boot-c issue

    I've contacted our dealer partner and there is a way to fix it but they are not willing to give out the files. All you need is a TFTP server with the correct files and it will load the software back onto the handset. They're pretty firm on not giving out the software even when pushed.
