Hi...I have also downloaded and ran Defrag pro with the same result.I have illustrator up and running fine but when I want to run photoshop the system says not enough ram memory to run photoshop and yet in the same folder Image Ready runs fine...I wonder if illustrator has some files which can...- DAVECA
