    I have win98se and ie6 -- it's not the isp because I have tried several (3). I didnt know where to put this because the Browser forum says something about issues for IT professionals, and this is not that either. sorry. t

    I am using a modem at home, connects fine, brand new modem (WIN MODEM UNFORTUNATELY --BUT PRICEY!--Broadxent) but this is the second modem to do this. When connected, and when I check email in Outlook it ALWAYS checks just fine, but when I surf every 3-4 minutes is just stops! Just sits there...
