I have netbackup 5 w/mp2 running on windows 2000 server sp4.
I am having a problem whereby some of my backups will show as active for several days (until manually killed and server rebooted) when there is no actual backup taking place.
In the status window of the affected backup, it shows...
Actually it has nothing to do with the size of his mailbox. Mine is the same size on the same server and I have no issues whatsoever.
The changes described in this kb seemed to have fixed the issue.

I've removed an exchange 5.5 server from my mixed mode 5.5 sp4 2k/sp3 server environment. The removed server no longer shows up in exchange system manager or exchange administrator, but shows up as an event 9318. Is there a way to remedy this ?
