This sounds like the exact same problem I am having. TheAceMan1 suggested for me to check out this Faq FAQ702-5860 , and while it was helpful for what I wanted I would like it to open the form without me having to enter the RecordID...I want that process automated.

Ok, the problem was caused because one of the records had a question unansered. For some reason if none of the Checkboxes are selected in each question, then an error occurs for that field and the report will not run. I will do some research on bypassing this. How to not get an error in a field...
