our company uses the Avaya Merlin system and audit the voice line with TapIT which imports from the SMDR Monitor32. It is connected from the PBX box via 2 ethernet cables but plugs into serial adapters at the computer. these were mistakenly disconnect while system was live and reconnected. now...
