SMDR monitor32 showing corrupted data
our company uses the Avaya Merlin system and audit the voice line with TapIT which imports from the SMDR Monitor32. It is connected from the PBX box via 2 ethernet cables but plugs into serial adapters at the computer. these were mistakenly disconnect while system was live and reconnected. now...- energy1
