Nortel CICS w/Call Pilot
My customer wants to be able to forward calls to a greeting she can change at will. She also wants to be able to forward calls to this greeting at will and not at a set time. Thank you.- dxbigpoppa

Forwarding all calls to greeting
I have a customer with a MICS and Call Pilot and they want to be able to forward all calls to a greeting for "out to lunch" or "closed for holiday". I have tried feature 4 with no luck (largely cause I don't know what ext. to forward to). Any help is appreciated.- dxbigpoppa
