My two cents...We have also looked at both solutions and have decided to go with the Cisco IPT solution. I'm not here to bad mouth Avaya, but Cisco is better positioned especially since most Major Data networks are based on a Cisco Infrastructure. As for the comment concerning Merrill Lynch...- ITArch
