MICS 6.0 Target Line Problem
Recent install of MICS 6.0 with PRI. DNs changed to start from 300. Out-bound calls working fine, but on the incoming lines on the PRI, the first target line, 157 mapped to DN 300, the call comes into the system, but then it dials 55123 back out. Help E&M trouble on MICS 2.0
E&M SYSTEM IS MALFUNCTIONING FROM ONE LOCATION. WHENEVER CALLER TRIES TO DIAL NETWORK PHONE NUMBER (4 DIGIT NUMBER) THAT HAS A ZERO IN IT THE CALL WILL NOT START. DTMF on MICS
Does any one know what, if any, the restrictions are for the number if DTMF circuits on an MICS system? Also, where are the DTMF circuits physically located on the common equipment? Any help on this matter would be gratefully appreciated.- StephenComtech
