True, but these images are merely 5x7 prints, so jpg quality is just fine. As a photographer's assistant, I have had no trouble producing prints for our customers usng this method. The printer we choose to go through (Costco, amazingly) has the best print quality for the cheapest price, and...- mccreary78

If I use thge "save for web" option, that won't make it a "web quality" image as opposed to a "print quality" one? These images are eventual photo birth announcements and cannot afford to loose any image quality.- mccreary78

I'm pretty much a novice, but I do know some things. I have taken a photo and placed it in my AI page. Fromt here, I added some text with effects and then saved the image as a pdf or psd. Upon opening the image in Photoshop, I have to save the image as a jpg, because any photo developing...- mccreary78
