2-Page per Sheet Option Not Working Properly
Not really a solution as I have no idea what might be wrong, but have you tried to first print to PDF 2pages per sheet and then from PDF?- DeathEvil

HP AIO Photosmart 3210 questions
I got that printer about a year ago and so far it has been working great for me.
