Having glanced thru the neo mail web site. All I can say is go for squirrel mail if you want to have a complete solution for the huge base of plugin avaialble and just think of the extendability that plugin can give you. For the speed, I guess you can buy back with better CPU, Motherboard, RAM...- KWCheong

I used squrriel mail and it works just fine with plenty of features and plugin available. Fot alotted bar, you can look for the plugin disk quota or something like quota usage depends on how you set up your quota. I setup my quota based on the quota module of my solaris 8.
