    formula to calculate days between a hire date and current date

    Here is the formula I am trying to use: {CurrentDate - {Employee.Hire Date}} / 365 * 100} When I run the error checker it says this field name is not known and it highlights the {CurrentDate - {Employee.Hire Date}} part of the formula. Any idea what I am doing wrong here?
