    ALOHA - printing 5 copies on kitchen printer

    Thank you for responding... It was set as 31 and it had the problem then i changed it to 22. the main kitchen ptinter is 21 i think that the printer name is only on the first copy, but i can't be sure. i'll check the expeditor. definitely set to print 1 copy.

    Hello, I have a problem in that a kitchen printer always prints 5 copies if each ticket. I have tried everything but have not been able to resolve this. PLEASE! ! ! any ideas??? Thank you in advance for any help you might be!
