Sorry... So I have my four prompt parameters in the main report linked to the four prompt parameters in the subreport. I have linked them as {?Parm}to{?Parm} (not the default). This pulls the many to many results. So, when I add in the link for employee id (which is not a parm), it matches...- thisistoni

When I do this I am only prompted once for the main report and then the subreport (which is fine), but I end up with 2840 records in my subreport (which is the total results of subreport) for each record in my main report. I have 2 PeopleSoft queries that are prompting on the same values (EffDate, EffSeq, Action, Action_Reason).
