I am having an issue with a BCM 400 AA. When a caller gets the AA, if they don't send caller ID (*67), the caller can access the extension they want. If they don't block caller ID the call drops when the extension is entered. I am stumped on this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.- RetiredArmyGuy
