I can ping the Symposium server, no fat client of symposium on the workstation, just GRTD. We are well under our total licenses.- rhansen

More GRTD pain
I have read every forum here and tried everything. I have a SECC 4.2 server with 8 agents. GRTD is needed by all agents. I had GRTD working on all client pc's for ONE day. The next day, all were back to the Agent Database:login failure. Does anyone have any new help on this?- rhansen
