    thanks for the answer. Fortunately I've managed to get access to a test LIM. I have installed the ericsson EDWSP driver (part of the SMS server dev.kit). I'm running a test program, but i'm unable to connect to the MD110. I know i can reach the md from my pc (ping). Do i need special licenses...

    thanks for the reply .. just a few more questions: so if i want to send an SMS from a DECT phone to another DECT phone i need to have some kind of message-server running in the network? Doesn't the MD110 have this functionality in her system? what is the name of that SDK you are referring to...
