I have a database that is showing replication errors. The conflicting records were deleted but when a filter is done of the record id, an {autonumber} appears and it cannot be deleted. Both the replicas were deleted and the database repaired and the problem is still there. Can this be fixed...
Try staggering your criteria. It has been my experience that if you put them all on the same line it will only pull up records that match all criteria. If you put one on the first line, then in the next box put the criteria in the line below the previous and so on.
I have a table that logs hours worked on a particular job (hours table) and a table that holds all of the job data (jobs table). How do I create a query that will show me all of the jobs that are in the hours table but NOT in the jobs table? I want to be able to show which jobs have hours...
Ok, I checked the recordsource and that was right and I ran the query but not all the records were present in the query. The query has not changed since it was created so I have no idea what has happened here. Please help!
Ok, the filter isn't wrong. I'm filtering by street name and have never had a problem before. If I open a form there are records missing in the form that are in the main table. I have changed nothing as far as the criteria for what appears in the form or a query since the database was created...
Ok, when I do a filter by form search for a specific record it doesn't show the record but the record is in my main table. The record is also missing from a sub form. Why is this happening and can I fix it?? Please Help-my database is rather large and I would hate to have to start over!!!
Thanks but that didn't quite give me what I wanted. I have a table for my technicians' that shows how many hours they spent on each job. I need to be able to print a monthly report of the hours for each tech.
I am trying to create a report that will allow me to show data from the current month, changing as the month changes. I am kind of new to Access so I can't quite figure this one out. Please help.
