    Thanks jimoblak - The only thing is, that method seems to do the opposite to what I want. I selected "11" but it made the whole document start at page 11, rather than for the 11th page to start as number 1. The only other option I think is to save the first ten pages as a separate...

    I've set up the document and have master pages, but I would like 10 un-numbered pages (preface, etc) before starting the 11th page of the document as page 1. It's quite a weighty document so it'd be annoying to do it all manually! Anyone know the answer?!! Thanks.
