How do I access www.mydomain.com/~userdir
Did you put your user dir in the dir "users"? Then use this line in httpd.conf so Apache knows where to look: UserDir "C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache/users/"- mitchtech

FTP and Apache Server
Apache is a web server and does not do FTP. For FTP I use War-FTP available at http://www.jgaa.com and I am plesaed with it.- mitchtech
