Thank you, but the french manual doesn't talk about alert, and I've done all what was said in the help. Is it possible the problem comes from the lan printer ? Alert for Arcserve IT
I have a problem wiht Alert on Arcserve IT 6.1. When i try to submit a print from an alert nothing happened on the printer after a job have been executed. I can print a rapport if I execute it directly from the software but when I want to print something with alert nothing happened. Excuse me...- Juanito
