Micros 3700 Unable to process GC on POS
The gift cards are processed through Eigen. When we setup the interface, this what we add : This is standard across our brand, and this is the first time we see that error. I'm tempted to say the POS itself is the issue, but everything else is working on it.- jhonq87

Micros 3700 Unable to process GC on POS
Hello, We have one of our restaurant that has issues with their gift cards. They have 3 POS, and 2 of them are not processing GC. We can't load or check the balance.
