Columns not matching up with data set

Columns not matching up with data set
We just upgraded to a new server, and Oracle is doing something strange. The column names and the row data does not match up. For example, the column will say name, while the data will be the manager. Under the manager column will be the employee_id, and under the Employee Id will be the...- johnnyx25
