I have a database with a few different users. Every once in a while someone forgets to close out and it prevents upgrading or maintenance. Has anyone ever set something up to either auto log a user off if they've been idle for X hours or set up some type of routine to close out all users?

Is it possible to enter criteria in a query for the current month or last month? I can set up the query to ask me for the first and last dates (inclusive) but I am wanting to produce lots of queries that a macro runs - so I do not want to repeatedly enter these dates.
