    go to Control Panel. Double Click On Network Change the logon type to Windows Logon. Click OK. Dont Restart the machine Double Click on passwords. Cant remember which tab it is on but there is an option which says 'All Users Use The Same Desktop and Start Menu', Select that option. Click OK...

    explorer sometimes won't run.

    look and see if iexplore is still in the systray after closing it by ctrl-alt-del. If it is run the regclean utility and that should fix problem.

    Found some other posts in another site and ran regclean and it seems to have fixed this problem.

    Using Windows Me and IE5.5 and also did this with 6.0. When I shut down IE it still shows in systray and I cannot restart IE even if I ctrl-alt-del and end task. I have to reboot to rerun IE. I am thinking windows problem since both versions of IE do this on my machine. Thanks for any ideas.
