There was no other card in the port and it does show slu when i go into system wide, i tried another slot and it still did not work and the phones do work with another port- kurthwood23

I do have phone's connected to the port. When i plug in the phone all the lights blink on the phone then it goes dead. On the system wide the card configure tab is also grayed out.
