Out-of-Office Assistant with non-outlook users
Does the Out of Office reply in Outlook 2007 only reply to other outlook users on our exchange server? I thought that it would reply to anyone whether they used outlook or gmail or whatever, but now I think I'm wrong. Thanks for the help, Brandon- BabaFree

The Standard behavior for the system is to ring in while you are on the call, display the phone number of the person trying to call, and give you the chance to pick it up. I have a user that whenever she is currently on a call, and she receives another call, that second call goes straight to voicemail and doesn't give her a chance to put the first call on hold and answer.
