You, sir or ma'am, are the MAN (gender neutral term of respect :-)). That was, indeed, the problem...the buttons weren't stuck, but one of them had a bad contact; blasting canned air under it fixed the problem. Thank you thank you!

mroberts- I may end up doing that. However, the problem is that I am low on ports, and that solution both implies losing a port as well as manually reprogramming a 72-button CAP. Aigh.
I can't do a Feature # 4...hitting *any* button on the set (including Feature, rls, the keypad, whatever) produces the tone and 'INCOMING ONLY'. Is there a way to perform a 'remote' feature-4 on a set? I couldn't figure it out. :-)
