I run AOL fairly well except for now.
I use three windows.
One welcome window however recently stopped displaying Favorite Places. Thus, I cannot access Favorite Places except on an awkward work around. The other two welcome windows are OK.
1. How do I restore Favorite Places on this welcome window?
When booting up I usually get following message:

My System Restore does not work. Period. It does not display a calendar to permit going back in time. No suggestions have seemed to work. I tried Google with no luck. And I do not want to touch the Registry.
