PMRILEY- thank you very much for your advice on the "lift up trick" i unplugged my bosses laptop and then turned it upside down to see if there was a restart button so i could restart it and i heard the fan click on. when i hooked it back up it seemed to work.. but i would like a permanent...- majorqt23

Dell Laptop Blank Screen Problem
my boss has a dell inspiron 5100 and he uses windows xp. unfortunately the past few weeks it has been crashing and freezing. the last time it had crashed which was last night, it will not turn back on. we hold in the power button for a few seconds and the screen just stays black. what could be...- majorqt23
