PDQBach Thanks for the response but I think I am asking the question incorrectly. I am using Project for construction status updates. I have all task linked to start on predessesor finish with estimated durations. When I update eash task I would like Project to shorten/lengthen the remaining duration based on the %complete and the actual start date and ultimately give a new projected project completetion date.
