Do you need to use the outlook client to have MM send either a copy of the voice mail and/or header notification to outlook? I have loaded the OTC client and we are connecting to the MSS. we have MM 3.1. I have downloaded and installed the client MM_3.1_ROC_7.546.2 from Avayas website onto my computer which runs Vista. What do i need to confirm on the MM and subscriber Voice mail box to make sure that i can forward an email from MM to microsoft exchange? Let me know what...- rarnao
