I created a menu for a VCD and wanted the links to open the .mpg or .dat files imediatly. The links work ... but I would like to bypass the "what do you want to do with this file" dialog. Can anyone point me in the right way to do this ?

I'm working on a site that envolves both photoshop and layers. All the content will be displayed on a center layer that will need scrollbars. Does anyone know if it's possible to create the scrollbars in imageready or any other app of the sort ? what kind of html code would that imply ?
i was wondering : can we get rid of scrollbars ? I have a website layout that ended up a few pixels too wide and due to that slapped an ugly bottom scrollbar onto the browser. I was thinking about getting rid of the scrollbar without resizing the images. can it be done? and how ?
I prepared a layout for a website in photoshop, RGB, 1024x768 etc. Problem is : I forgot to account for the space that the windows bar and IE take off the top and bottom. Any guidelines on what i should take into account when rescaling the image ?
