API to Change Command Bar Colors...

Changing CommandBar Colors / Fonts
Hello, Anybody know how to change the Foreground and Background colors in a CommandBar, Shortcut Menus, etc? Also change the font, etc... I want to be able to set these attributes via VBA code in the Access application or via an API... I don't want to change the System Colors in Windows XP...- youngbar
