how do I load config into nvram using console port
I've talked to Cisco tech support & they had me connect through the console port with Hyperterminal, once connected & enabled, erase start, when done reload, conf t, copy new config file, then right click on hyperterm connection & paste to host. Then wr mem. This has worked very well for me.
