I have saved the action as you describe above, however even though the action works whenever I open files in PShop and apply the action, it will not work when I try to run a batch process. Thanks for your help!- elillegard

I have reset my plugins to the factory plugins and I am still unable to get the export function to work in my batch conversion. Is there anything else that I could be doing wrong? I have about 100 files that need to be converted from a pdf to jpg. I have followed all instructions to create an action before doing the batch process by first opening a sample graphic and then recording my actions by selecting "save for web" and saving it to the destination folder as a medium...- elillegard
