Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition 7.6 upgrade
I have had the same problem at a client of mine, except it wasn't an upgrade, but none the less i'm getting the problem, and i've tried running that msiexec command and it give me setup failed, I've contacted symantec about this and nothing they've suggested has helped.
