I can get to CAT mode from the Ext 6551 phone, but when I do the commands, I get CODE NOT USED message, even though I can see that the call forwarding is right on the other phone that I did locally, just won't work from CAT.
Do I have to hit any other keys first, nothing seems to happen from the 6551 phone when I push those keys. I checked our com room and we have a NEAX IPS for the system and use Dterm IP 16 phones.

I am a technician at a facilty and our main phone 6550 is logged out and no one here knows the login. The phone tech is on vacation and wont be back till next week. Is there a way from another phone 6551 to call forward the calls for 6550 to 6551? If not, are there instructions that we can give...
