    I can get to CAT mode from the Ext 6551 phone, but when I do the commands, I get CODE NOT USED message, even though I can see that the call forwarding is right on the other phone that I did locally, just won't work from CAT.

    Do I have to hit any other keys first, nothing seems to happen from the 6551 phone when I push those keys. I checked our com room and we have a NEAX IPS for the system and use Dterm IP 16 phones. Thanks
