Is it possible to set a distinguishable ring tone for a line appearance? Our hopes is that the different ring tone would help employees tell if the call was for the Customer support line or their personel extension/DID.

I am trying to work with my carrier to identify some sporadic PRI issues I've had the last few weeks. The carrier has asked me to confirm if B-channel messaging is on or off? Where would this configuration setting be located? Don't think I've ever been asked this before.
