We have a customer that has 2 SIP trunks into an IP500 to be used independently but they want to connect to the same registrar. An error comes up saying “A SIP line with this IP address is already configured”. Is there a workaround this? Thanks in advance.

We run ACT 6.0 here. Have the 6.03 patch and hotfix installed. We also run an AVAYA IP500 phone system that can screenpop ACT on incoming call. This works fine if the number being checked is in the PHONE field but what if incoming call comes from customers mobile and not primary office phone. I...
