I am needing to look up a date range of July, 21, 2011 through July 25, 2011 and if it is within that date range the material needs to match 068-GRD. If both of those criterias are met then I want Mat'l Qty to be summed. Start Material Mat'l Qty July 21, 2011 068-GRD 11.67...

I am wanting the schedule to determine who is available for the next task instead of me trying to determine who is available and when. It is a complex schedule and assigning resourses manually would be complicated.

Is there a way to assign multiple resources to one task and only have one resource work on the task, while the other available resources work on the next task and so on.
