You can log on as Administrator or one of the user's. Insatll all programs, set up your printers and create your shortcuts.
Then right click My computer click on properties.
Click the user profile tab.
Find who you are loged on as, highlight that user.
Click copy to.

I have also been told that my problems is in the router arp cache like you talked about. But as I said I do not have access to the router...
The problem is I do not have acces to the router because it is maintained though a third party. I have released and renew the IP addresses of the client systems and it renews just fine but it will still not ping the gateway.
I am in a single domain environment with one PDC, and no BDC’s. I have a stand-alone server as my DHCP server, and it is a member of my domain.
DHCP seems to work fine most of the time but every once and a while I will get a client on 95, 98 or 2000 that can not get to the internet.
